When people are listened to, they feel validated and understood. In conjunction, time is a currency that is priceless when it comes to leadership. Spend it on all those you work with. The time you take out of your day for others is something that will set you apart from all other leaders.
It may seem like a simple thing to take three minutes out of your day for those around you. However, it is these small simple acts that allow your leadership to go from mundane to a transformational level.
